To submit your child for consideration, e-mail the following information to

Subject: Submitting + child name
(i.e.: Submitting Jane Doe)

 

- Child Name
- Child Date of Birth
- Parent Name
- Phone Number for Contact
- City, State
- Two (2) Photos of Child - only 2!

 

Important: If submitting more than one child, submit children in separate emails.
